Merging Theory & Practice

Dramaturgy

Rooted in my positionality as a Black girl, my dramaturgical practice centers Self Definition, an Ethic of Care, World Making, and Embedding Change as both method and commitment.

Choreography

I am interested in creating choreography with overt social justice themes. I aim to create space for arts activism in my works as they connect to larger themes.

A collaborative investigation of Black Womanhood in the 21st Century through dance.
